We have developed this system to make the follow-up around projects / hourly work more efficient
than you thought was possible.
- An assignment is started with a given start date and a responsible person.
- If this person is not you, he/she gets an email with details about the project/assignment.
- Employees can work with this assignment, using timesheet / comments / documents etc.
- If chosen, an auto-email will be sent to the customer when someone works on the assignment.
- Change the status on the assignment as it goes.
- When the work is done its easy to print a invoice documentation that shows all the work/travel/material in details.
- On your invoice you just print one single line and attach the invoice documentation.
