Free windows command line tool to convert tif files to gif files. Supports converting 1 file at at time, or a batch of files. Requires the .net framework be installed. 100% freeware. I needed a small, easy to use tool to convert tif files, couldn't find any free tools, so I wrote one. Enjoy.
