DownLoad Tracker is a file download tracking system written in Perl. It features: Ask for Email, Log the Download info, Anti leach system, Log the Errors, Logs info about the persons who are Leaching, Custom header and footer, and more.
Wget4web allows users to add downloads, view information about download status, and control it in browser. It writes logs and can generate reports including the name and size of downloaded files.

FTP Free is a command-line or cron script for downloading files from a remote server. The script can be configured to download specific file extensions, or all files in a specified directory. It can also be configured to only upload new filenames (at thist time it does not check date/timestamp). The script works well in a cron. This script allows you to email your visitors your software or information. If you are offering software, the script will email it to the visitor as a file attachment. The users information including email address, IP address, date of purchase, and file requested, is logged in a log file. The administrator also has a private section, where the admin can email files to a specific user. The files in the administrators section are not open to the public. For example, if one of your customers contacts you and needs another copy of software they purchased from you, you can enter your admin section and have your server send it to them, rather than you using your PC to upload. This script is completely customizable as the screens are run on HTML templates.
