It's ensure that two good email addresses are entered to avoid anonymous spamming. The message and result look page are customizable, and a copy can be mailed to the site owner by turning this option on. Very easy to install.

Optional fields are a text area for personal messages from your visitor to the person whom your website is being recommended to and a checkbox for your visitor to request a copy of the mail being sent to her/his friend or associate. MasterRecommend also does a rudimentary check for obscenity and possibly offensive slurs and refuses to mail such to any but the webpage maintainer.
